Farmer's Market Finds
Join us for an almost full day of food and cooking. We will meet at Winter's Farmer's Market at the Emerson where we will connect with the farmers and procure ingredients for our lunch feast.
We will drive back to my home at Hyalite Foothills and gather around the kitchen table to plan out the menu. How are we going to prepare each ingredient, how will we season it, how will we cook it, what should we accompany it with? These are questions which we will resolve together.
We will conclude the class with a lunch feast accompanied by wine pairings.
