We're excited to announce our new Plant-Forward Cooking Class series at The Halcyon House. Join us for an introduction to plant-based eating taught by Claudia and licensed nutritionist Dana Zurchin of Three Rivers Nutrition.

Claudia's Mesa offers a unique cooking experience that will leave you feeling inspired.

 

Our classes are designed to be intimate and hands-on, allowing you to connect with other food enthusiasts. We limit our classes to just 10-12 participants, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn and engage.

 

During our classes, you'll work with a partner to prepare one of the five menu items, including mocktails, appetizers, salads, main courses, dressings, and desserts.

 

Our focus is on using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Join our Plant-Forward Cooking Class to discover the incredible variety of plant-based meals you can create without compromising flavor or nutrition.

 

Our classes highlight vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes as the main event. We source our ingredients locally, so you can be sure that they are fresh and of the highest quality. Our Plant-Forward Cooking Class spans five 3-hour sessions, during which we'll teach you essential plant-based cooking techniques. The class will culminate in a dinner party where you'll get to showcase your new skills.
