Thanks to my friends at Olivelle, I have been able to meet wonderful people at our cooking classes. This has enabled me to teach private cooking classes at some of their homes.

The newest thing has been an office party for 10 at a magnificent house in Triple Tree. Instead of the usual office party, this group thought it would be fun to have me entertain them while at the same time enjoying wonderful Caribbean food and music. While the snow outside the home continued to fall, we kept warm inside savoring the spices from the islands.

If this is something you may want to do, get a group of at least 10 people, and allow me to do the rest. All inclusive in the fare except the alcoholic beverages you may wish to drink.

If you rather have the usual party fare, I can assist you with a few food items to supplement your menu and keep you at the party instead of in the kitchen. You can even order ahead and have it delivered.
